Starlight Parade at the Texas State Fair 2013

I watched the parade on two different nights at the State Fair of Texas 2013.  I was also there the final night of the fair, but the parade was cancelled that night for safety reasons due to heavy crowds.  I was frustrated because I was unable to get a good clear photo or video of the stilt walkers.  This year, the parade seemed shorter than a previous year's parade that I had attended at the fair.  Also, during previous years, I remember being able to walk through the parade float barn.  This year, the barn storing the floats was off limits.
