Free Ice Cream in Food & Fiber Pavillion at the 2013 Texas State Fair

I had planned to stand at the end of the free ice cream line to film and photograph people getting the free ice cream.  I observed the ice cream line, and thought it would be a cool idea to capture the moment.  I lost my nerve; however, for the most part.
