The butter sculpture at the Texas State Fair 2013 depicted Big Tex with children greeting him as if he was returning home. Since Big Tex burned down in 2012 and returned to the fair in 2013, the theme was appropriate. Big Butter Tex resembles Abraham Lincoln in my opinion in the butter sculpture. This is the first butter sculpture that I have ever seen.
What happens to all that butter after the fair?
